We meet in person at your property, office, or another convenient location. During this walkthrough, you'll provide an overview of your property, highlighting key features, areas for potential renovation, ideal photography angles, and the surrounding amenities such as schools and green spaces.
Complimentary Market Evaluation
We perform a comprehensive market analysis considering factors like location, size, natural light, property condition, orientation, and the neighborhood. Based on this data, we provide you with a strategic pricing proposal.
Listing Agreement & Inspections
We formalize our partnership with a listing agreement, detailing the duration, specific properties involved, listing price, and agent commission. Following this, we conduct a thorough inspection of the property, bringing in appraisers if necessary.
Marketing & Showings
If needed, we arrange for staging to enhance the appeal of your property. A professional photoshoot is conducted, and if necessary, we hire a specialist photographer. We then launch a multi-channel marketing campaign to ensure maximum exposure, with the option of an off-market strategy if preferred. Showings are scheduled with pre-qualified candidates to streamline the process.
Sale & Closing
We handle the negotiation of offers and present them to you for approval. Once you accept an offer, we coordinate with a trusted notary to finalize the transaction. We manage the submission of all required documents, ensuring a smooth closing process. Agent fees are paid by the seller, while the buyer covers notary and property registration fees. The sale is then officially completed.
